Shipping & Returns

Terms and Conditions

Delivery/Shipping: All products will be delivered by Wine Country Pools & Supplies. Currently only the following Southern California cities Temecula, Murrieta, Winchester, French Valley and Menifee are available for delivery by our store (Covering the following zip codes 92562, 92563, 92564, 92584,92589, 92590, 92591, 92592, 92593, 92596)

Items will be delivered within 24-48 hours of the time they are received. Unless the item is on backorder, we will contact you if the item you ordered can to be delivered within 24-48 you may cancel the order at that time if you wish with a full refund.
If no one will be home please leave instructions of where we are to leave your products.
Large items over $100 will require a signature for us to leave it at your location.

Warranty:
- There are no returns for products that have been installed (some examples include but not limited to pumps, motors, heaters, automatic cleaners or salt systems). If there is a defect each item does come with a manufactures warranty (from 1 to 5 years from date of purchase, see manufacture for full details). We can assist you in getting a factory representative out to look at the problem if need be. If the item has not been installed for a full refund please contact us within 30 days from the date of delivery either via phone at 951-699-4321 or email info@winecountrypoolsonline.com.
- Items that are not installed or chemical based have a 30 day warranty. These can be either replaced or returned for a full refund. Contact us either phone at 951-699-4321 or email info@winecountrypoolsonline.com if you have problems with something you ordered from us.
- If you have a item that is chemcial based and opened, it can be replaced with same item if it is defective or if it expired when you receive it item is aviable for return and full refund or exchange.

Please make sure the item you are ordering will do what you need. Either by contacting the manufacture directly or by having one of our technician come out to determine what exactly is needed to fit your needs.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours of request. For credit card refunds it could up to 2 weeks for the refund to show on your account.

Returns: Items can be returned within 30 days purchase for a full refund. Items must be unused or still in new condition to receive a full refund. Canceling an order: To cancel an order have your order number ready and contact us at either Email: info@winecountrypoolsonline.com or Phone: 951-699-4321.

If Wine Country Pools & Supplies delivers the wrong item: Please contact us if you have any problems with an order. If the wrong item was shipped out to you, within 24-48 hours we will come and pick up the wrong item and deliver the correct item. If that item is no longer available, a full refund will be issued.

Backorder/Preorder: Backorder/preorder items will be charged at the time of order (to hold your reservation).The item(s) will ship as soon as they become available Should the customer cancel this order, then a full refund will be issued.

Payment/Sales Tax: Payments accepted Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal
Sorry no COD’s
A sales tax of 8.75% applies for California residents only

Pricing Errors: Wine Country Pools & Supplies is not responsible for typographical errors or computer errors. Orders with items that contain errors will be canceled with a full refund to the buyer.

  • Delivery -Delivery is free for all items sold on this site. Please let us know if you live off or on a unpaved road

  • Minimum order -There is $20 minimum order required to order from the site.If $20 is not met there will be a $5.00 handling fee added to the order
